Terms & Conditions
1.1 Scheduling: Your cleans will be carried out either every 5 or 10 weeks, however, your clean may be re planned for holidays etc and the exact day or week may vary.
1.2 Appointments: We pride ourselves on being regular and reliable and we appreciate our customers respecting this too. We work in all weather’s and all year round. If for any reason you can’t go ahead with your clean you need to contact us a week prior to your clean. The day before, the day of the appointment or once we turn up is too late for us to schedule alternative work and we reserve the right to charge you full price for the clean if you do not provide sufficient notice.
1.3 Accessing Your Property: Access must be available on the day from 8am. If you have a locked gate etc we will inform you via text message the evening prior to your clean. If we can’t access your property we will clean as many windows as possible & full payment will be charged.
1.4 Payments: We only accept Direct Debit payments for this regular service. Your payments will be collected approximately 3 working days after your clean has been completed. The exact date will be confirmed by email after we process each payment. Payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
1.5 Clean Guarantee: Your cleans are guaranteed for 24 hours regardless of weather conditions - if you have any issues, please get in touch as we do all we can to put it right as soon as possible.
1.6 Your Cleans: We clean your exterior glass, frames and doors. Please note your quote is for exterior cleaning only and if applicable does not include conservatory roof cleaning or skylights unless requested. Also does not include the removal of building materials i.e. cement, render, installation stickers etc. If you have a new build property or have recently had work carried out and have any of the above on your frames, glass or doors, please contact your installer to have this removed before beginning your regular service with us.
1.7 Your Price: The price of your window cleaning is fixed for 12 months. After this term we may adjust the price of your service in-line with inflation annually. These prices take effect on or after 31 March yearly.
1.8 Ending Your Service: Whilst we ask that you are prepared to commit to at least three cleans, you can cancel at any time after this by providing 28 days notice by email or text message.
