Do I need to be at home when you clean?
No, you don't need to stay home. As long as we have clear access to the exterior of your property (such as unlocked side gates), we can complete the work. If you have locked access we can simply text you the night before to let you know we're coming to leave access for us
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We offer regular maintenance schedules - typically every 5 or 10 weeks - to keep glass, frames, and sills looking spot free. We also provide one-off cleans for a special occasion or seasonal spruce-ups

How do payments work?
We offer a easy, hassle-free payment system for your regular window cleans. A direct debit is setup and payment is taken automatically after your cleans.
For one off cleans we can take cash, cheques or direct bank transfer on the day of your clean. An invoice can be provided to your email address
